Our Family Recovery Services

Education

Ignite has partnered with The BALM Family Recovery Program to provide a complete, online, self-paced recovery education program. Families will learn everything they need to become an asset to their loved ones recovery rather than enabling the SUD. Our clients have found the hundreds of hours of personal stories to be both comforting and inspiring. While the transformative 7 Steps to BALM have provided families with the tools necessary to cultivate an environment of calm and communicate lovingly and effectively with their struggling loved one.

Coaching

Many of our clients would say that this is where the magic happens, but as coaches we say the real magic happens between the sessions. During the coaching session, our professional coaches meet the client where they are while helping them to identify where they want to be by honoring their values and respecting their process. We believe change that is born out of a deep personal awareness is far more likely to produce results, thus our coaches focus on helping clients recognize their core values and apply them to day to day life. Our coaches often help clients apply their learning from the BALM Family Recovery Program.

Care Team Management

We know that individuals with SUD are most successful when they have support from a team of professionals and a healthy family system. At Ignite we recognize the importance of having good communications between all the members of the care team. In an effort to give our clients the best possible chance at recovery we help to facilitate teamwork in a number of ways, while empowering our clients to advocate for their loved one’s recovery.
